What gets everyone here at Porterhouse excited is the quality of our meat. To put it bluntly, we're fanatical about our products. We know where the animals are from - which estates, which farms – we know how they were fed and brought up and we know how the meat was prepared and aged. It’s nothing particularly clever - just a genuine respect for a quality process and good animal husbandry.
And we care how it’s cooked. We don’t want you to ruin a piece of meat that’s taken months to perfect. Want to know how to cook a medium-rare steak or what to do with a flat-iron? Go ahead, ask! It's all part of the Porterhouse experience.
