The meat on our butcher’s counter is not only high-quality, it’s also restaurant-quality. The farmers and breeders whose products we sell also supply some of the UK’s top restaurants and hotels. Chefs at that level won’t settle for second-best - and neither will we. So it’s quite something for us to be able to offer these products for you to buy - as well, of course, as taste them fresh from our grill.
We’re also good mates with our suppliers. Indeed, some have worked with chef-restaurateur Terry Laybourne (Porterhouse’s owner) since the early days of his first restaurant in the 1990s.
