We rely on their skills, their judgement – above all, their passion – to produce the quality meat we need. None of them will settle for second best. We’re as fussy as each other.
We’re also good mates. Indeed, some of our suppliers have worked with chef-restaurateur Terry Laybourne (Porterhouse’s owner) since the early days of his first restaurant in the 1990s.
