HERB FED TURKEY 4-10kg, from £55

We’ve worked with Herb Fed Poultry to source this very special turkey. The turkeys are free to roam and hand fed on a signature diet of freshly cut herbs. This gives the meat a far greater depth and keeps it wonderfully moist when cooked. The birds are dry plucked and waxed to give them their finest finish and hung for a minimum of 10 days to provide the fullest flavour.

HERB FED TURKEY CROWN 3-5kg, from £59

A Herb Fed Turkey Crown gives you a full joint of white breast meat on the bone, making it quicker to cook and easier to carve.

RACK OF HIMALAYAN SALT-AGED, GLENARM SHORTHORN BEEF Minimum weight 3kg, £99.95

This is a must-try experience for any beef lover. We’ve selected this extraordinary beef with our partner, world-renowned meat guru Peter Hannan – a truly melt-in-the-mouth meat from one of Ireland’s heritage-breed cattle. These carefully selected Shorthorns are raised on lush grass pastures and reared by farmers who respect this traditional breed.

Our rack of Glenarm Shorthorn, which won Supreme Champion in the 2016 Great Taste Awards, is richly marbled, giving the meat a tender, delicate flavour and producing a lovely, creamy texture. This prime cut has been dry-aged for 45 days in Peter’s unique Himalayan salt chamber. This ageing technique tenderises our exceptional beef over a longer period than conventional ageing, producing exceptional sweetness and flavour concentrations.
